Got a fairly small bedroom so haven't got a massive TV just a small 15" HDTV. Is it worth buying a hdmi cable for my PS3 or will I not notice an improvement on such a small screen??

My mate got a PS3 for christmas and I was playing it yesterday on a normal 28" TV through the normal yellow video connection. Compared to one connected to HDTV through the HDMI cable the picture was poo.
Get the HD digital cable bought you will notice a big difference IMO

Mate had an old core connected up via component, got the usual red ring and bought an elite, connected via hdmi and he noticed how much sharper it was over component, he's not somebody that normally spots things like that either so was a big enough difference to see.

would be the same image as component mate, a 15" tv wont display 1080 so component is fine for anything less, your tv will just downscale the image

My 15" when I used the hd cable over the av scart connection it made the picture more clear, cleaned up all the lines around fonts, players ect
I would say as its pretty cheap its worth it, payed a good amount for the ps3 they should have came with both av scart and hdmi cables.
