Or more likely come home after having to lift dead people, children, babies from burnt out buildings, or after being 1st on scene on RTA where someone died & say I done the best I can, it will have a very gruesome & humbeling element to it which would take a strong person to deal with at face value & think its only another day at work!!
Deffo not the kind of work I could do. Same with Dr's & Nurses. I have alot of respect for people in that profession as I know I couldnt deal with it!!

I've applied the last 2 years and will be doing the same next year... Selling cars is all fine and well but I'd rather earn less and do something that actually matters to people..

how many brigades have you applied for baza? im retained at ilkley station. i joined when i was 18. been in just over two years and its foookin ace. the training courses and interviews are hard. but with persistence you'll get in
