Today my car started acting funny. If the car was under 3000rpm and i put my foot flat down it would sound as if it had a mis-fire, sorta like a subaru noise.

What can i do to stop this from happening again?

What engine mate? Is it a Corsa?

Any EML? Did it do it all the time, or just the once?

C12NZ and there was no engine light. It did it for a couple of miles. But also find it starts to struggle on starting on mornings and once started makes similar noise for a few seconds

could be a dodgey HT lead or plug

Il check the leads today and take my spark plug socket to my girlfriends for closer insepction
