ok, my cable snapped last week, and i replaced it fine, but i have no idea how the pedal end clips in! i put it together as best i could but it doesn't sit right, and was just wondering if anyone knows how, or can get some pics for me. it's on a 1999 1.4 sport. i have a really dodgy pic but i dont trust my uploading skills!!

Looks about right to me. I've not changed my cable and mine didn't sit right either, so I made up a plate that sits between the cable and the pedal to improve things. Improved the crunchy gear situation I had a lot.

awesome. do you have any pics of the plate you made? how easy was it to do, etc? sorry to be a pain, just want to get it sorted as i dont trust driving it as it is! cheers!
