Thanks Winst......

It's my engine guys.....I'm breaking my whole car but need time off work to do so.

I'll be making a thread when I get time to take pics of all the parts.

Just for now...
the engine has done 72k,
loads of service history,
new oil and water pumps,
new cambelt kit,
new headgasket,
new genuine exhaust manifold studs, caps and washers.

I have LOADS of parts for sale so keep your eyes on this thread for a link to my for sale advert.
