Yeah like a pine lodge kind of thing, went for a bank holiday weekend. Was lovely...

There was a pub and shop and it was fairly quiet where the hut was. Lake Windemere at the bottom of the lane, we enjoyed it.

Can make it romantic too...



Sleeps 8, 1 bathroom, and one en-suite, kitchen, lounge, bbq and patio heater. Good place to go as a group of mates in the summer.

I've done the lakes...nice for walking/scenery and some great driving roads around there too but not so great for nightlife etc

I'm looking at Barcelona in Feb at the mo.....flights £100 each and rooms from £65-£lots depending on where you stay

My rents have been and loved it (for the culture/architecture) they also said the restaurants were great (my first pre requisite for a holiday)

Sounds like the night life is pretty great too....

I took ex to gloria palace in pueto rico (sp) grand canaria. really nice and not too bad price wise. red hot too and that was in feb, good enough nightlife for couples too
