one of my lifters (hydraulic) has no oil pressure on it at all.
any way of getting the pressure up without fitting a new lifter?

hapenned to my mates 1.6 8v! have u tryed removing the lifters and squeezing all the oil n shite out of them in a vice ??

dont put it in a vice.
how do you know that it has no pressure? has the lifter been removed to be checked?

the lifter wasnt rising at all so we had to llift it without resistance. we're seeing whether it loses pressure again over the weekend and we're starting it up tomorrow morn.
