Hi, just put a 20xe out of a astra gte into my corsa b.
Anyhows, as soon as you hit 4000rpm in neutral or any gear, ecu light comes on and it is as if the power is cut by half. Under 4000rpm its great.
Tried to do a paper clip test but it hasnt stored the code.
Turn engine off and on again and its fine untill 4000rpm.
Any ideas anyone??

What engine did you have origionally?. Have you changed the fuel pump?

it was a x14xe.
its runs brillantly untill 3.5-4000rpm then ecu light comes on and a load of power disappears.
almost as if its in limp home mode.
Thinking could be knock sensor thats faulty??
