Hi,

my steering wheel shakes after approx 60-80 mph, I've been told it could be the tracking?

Balncing on the tyres could be a factor too, Mine shook once you got past 70 (On private roads of course )

If it's coming through the steering wheel, (as against the entire car shaking), it's more than likely wheels-related.

Get the wheels and tyres checked for oval and the wheels balanced before doing anything else.

Have you got the correct size centre spigot fitted? I've had wheel vibration from that before. Just an idea to check

i had a general small wobble andhad the tracking looked at (its was often more pronouced in corners) but they couldnt find anything wrong and suggested swapping the wheels (left to right and right to left on the fronts) and it calmed it. wasnt until i got new tyres it went completely....realised then it was the balancing of the wheels

I've had spiggots fitted, & balanced on mine... although mine do have flat spots

I might try and get the tracking done as well that might help?!
