yeah, if you get stopped by police they could give you find or points or tow your car away saying it's not ok to drive or something.
it's a very loud noise from experience so best of sorting it out or the police will pull you straight away for a loud exhaust.

try put the exhaust in the boot then if you get stopped just tell them it has just fallen off :thuimbs:
