anyone know the website for the college program for getting a job on the rigs, i had it ages ago but now ive forgot it lol
and another thing, is it possible to get a copy of my Certificates from the SQA (scottish Qualifications Authority) sent to me as i dont have any of them

Yeah I started with them last September, another 12-14 months to go & i'll be going on my 1st trip.

good stuff, hoping to get into this in september, only thing thats worrying me is the exam requirements as i dont have all of them but most of them
it says at the bottom even if you dont have them all you can still apply

What are you missing?? TBH I think they mainly want good grades in maths & some sort of technical discipline the most, if youve had any sort of experience at all then tell them about it. The tests are tough but not impossible. Id strongly advise getting some practice papers in answering multi choice questions on english, maths, mechanical comprehension & other similar problem solving type things. There not difficult but your against the clock to answer as many as possible & the pass mark is high. Theres usually around 70 positions split between all the trades & around 5000 applicants each year.

You'll also be required to relocate (all paid for by the company) to either Middlesbourgh, Edinburgh, Falkirk or Aberdeen - dependant on which trade you want to do.
