Anyone do it hear? Me and a mate have decided to go for an hour once a week as its meant to be one of the best fitness training things out there?

Low impact exercise and works alot of muscle groups, its very good for you! Try to do different things each time you go though else your body gets accustomed to the same exercise and adapts to it.

One day to XX amount of lengths, another aim for times etc. Different strokes will benefit to!

yeah was just reading an article about it, and varying the swimming, changing strokes etc....

I go once or twice a week after I've done my work out. Usually for an hour or so.

Its good for toning.

Yep I go everyday, swim for about 30 mins then jacuzzi LOVE swimming, I go late at night when its dead so I can just mess around if I like

My gym membership includes the pool. Havn't been yet

Surely thats over doing it and not really returning great results? over working the muscles? if you do it every night your not giving the bodys muscles chance to heal?

all old men the other night i went

i did 600m i didnt want to push it, so each week im going to up it by 200m untill i get to how much i can do in the hour im there.
