that is a shit reason ! but yes there is no damping...probilly best if there isnt really as i dont want a soft ride for daily driving and then changing for track day's as the change in "feel for the car" will confuse my driving style

When I designed the Gaz kit for the corsa C I fitted it to mine, with no intention of actually keeping it on as it only ever gets driven by the missus. but ride quality is so close to standard when you set it up correctly that she didnt even notice it had changed, she just said 'the car feels a lot better lately'
I drove a corsa C the other day with FK's on and it was crashy, skipped accross the road and felt horribly unbalanced. often the case with 'pattern built' suspension.

so as you chenge the ride height and adjust the pre-load on the spring you wont be able to change the rebound rate to suit, gives a very unbalanced feel to the drive. feels a bit like standard shocks and stiff springs.

KW isnt pattern built, they are all on car tested over 15000km before being put into production. Most kw cars are put thought test's on the nurnberg too and have full tuv appproval.
also in a recent test, kw can first against 10 other branded coilover's and they came first in the salt spray test, second in the ride quility test too...H and R came first, they dont make them for the C

yes, the springs are set to the cars weight but as you add pre-load (change the ride height) to the spring the damping requirement changes.
otherwise top brands such as Eibach, Bilstein, Leda etc... wouldnt bother with damping adjustability.
I am not saying dont buy the other brands, just giving my opinion and after all I have experience lots of different suspension brands and setups. If I thought FK were good, I would sell them. I would make twice as much profit from selling 1 set of FK as I do from 1 set of Gaz but I would prefer to sell the GAZ ones as I can fit them, first time every time and set them up and be 100% happy every time I send the car out. I cant say that with the FK ones hence I dont sell them.
