Hi I have just fitted a new lightened flywheel and a new clutch but since its back together i cant get all the gears?
I have placed a drill bit into the place on the gearbox and locked it off in the car but it's still not working any ideas?
Thanks

Did you undo the 13mm bolt at the end of the gear selector linkage?

What engine and box is it? My old Corsa had this issue, me and Dad spent a couple of hours trying to sort it but couldn't.
Found the linkage was damaged, so we bought a replacement from a scrapyard, fitted it and had no problems from then on.

Mine was on a 1.2 8v with a F13WR box, but the linkage looked fine.
We found that when the box was locked with the drill bit, the lever locked in place and the bolt done up tight, we could still rock the linkagee around, whereas it should be very tight.
Found one of the ball and socket joints to be split, allowing extra movement. Test that, see if it still moves

On the gearstick cage bit? Just nip them up. Any play will be multiplied to the gear box. So yeah, that might be something to do with it.

gear linkage it sounds like to me, if you ahve changed flywheel and clutch and it now dont work right, id be looking at anything bent when changing clutch, or was it being a git before you put the flywheel and clutch in?? also could be clutch cable, just make sure you dont have excessive freeplay in it,,,,
