Been reading about them today, apprently you can get ceramic and metal ones, where the metal is more hard wearing - seems mine was metal, where was the one you posted is ceramic

Well if you said it's plastic tape then it doesn't have anything to do with your exhaust system.
Now you've said alu.... It might be. But if your getting a de cat anyway. Then it all doesn't matter.

Nope, I just need the decat to arrive - user hasn't been online since 15th Jan, will ring him tomorrow if I don't hear back as car is basically off the road at the moment, and I want it back when my exams finish on Thursday!
