right we've come to fitting the new lifters today, but richard cant remember exactly which ones have gone on cylinder 3.....


How can we determine which ones arent working?

Only thing I can think of is to dismantle them and examine/measure them for wear.

They should in theory wear in equal amounts as the cam lobes don't sit totally square (fractional nats cock out) so that they are rotated in use to reduce wear on a constant spot.

as said no way of testing really apart from looking at them. best fitting a full set anyway

dont know if i'll get a full set off dave on warranty

we're just sure its misfiring on 3 and 1 or 2 lifters arent functioning.

oh well
