Just spoke to o2 on the phone to cancel my contract. I called about a month ago saying i wanted to cancel and they told me to call up on my bill date, so i call up and they say they need 30days notice and to cancel via email. Does anyone know the email? she said it too quick and i cant remember what it is now

try ringing them again maybe if u concil it you got to pay a fee i think
