how hard is it to change the bulbs in the heaters and the speedo as a few of mine aint workin and what type of bulbs r they?

In my 99 sxi the heaters were a pain in the arse  Wouldnt say it is worth the time or annoyance tbh.
Speedo's are easy peasy.
They are LED type bulbs.

heater isnt too hard but its fiddly there are 3 little bulbs in there you have to take the heater controls out and take the face off of them and you will see them
the speedo ones are a bit harder if you have a speedo cable cause its more fiddly take the surround off your steering wheel and around the clocks then there are just 2 screws and a clip holding them in take them out replace as needed them whack em back in
