Joined keegan as no.2 at newcastle

I never liked him as a player or as a manager but i respect him for what he did at Leeds, best wishes you money grabbing lil kunt

What a crap appointment for newcastle. If i was a leeds fan id see it as a blessing in disguise, lets face it since poyet left you guys haven't been playing as well (so ive been told by my leeds supporting friends anyway).

I hope newcastle get relegated

He's not gone as the number 2 as Keegan doesn't seem to know much about the appointment. Apparently he's going to have a role similar to director of football and will concentrate on making transfers happen as well as the investment in the academy. Rumours are that he'll be based in london.

Regarding the number 2 role I read somewhere yesterday that Keegan's looking to bring in either Stuart Pearce or Tony Adams. Can't see either happening as Pearce is doing well with the under 21s and Redknapp didn't leave Portsmouth so why would Adams.
