The company has just migrated from novell to a full AD enviroment. We have an SQL server but we dont want people to accsess as before people could logon whenever. BUT there is a few people we want to accses it but nothing else just SQL.

Did try using managaement studio express but it wont show the jobs that are on there.

are there any programs which we can put on a local machine to connect to the SQL and show everything.

sorted it i think im putting SQL on the local pc and getting it to connect.
