Without the cat is mental. If you boot it all the time then it's not too bad. But if you want to take it steady then it'll do you head in.

Oh and if you do a lot of miles then you'll have a constant ringing in your ears.

Most performance exhaust places can fit them. Mine cost £75.

Where do you live?

mine cost £40, i have no centre silencer either on a 1.6 sport with semi stripped interior....it annoys the neighbours and is pretty raspy around 4000rpm but im used to it now, if i could be bothered id put a silencer in the middle

it will be loud and raspy get it if you want, a sports cat maybe a better option as its leagal, but do what you want, end of the dya it itsnt a mission to put it back on and you will need it for MOT

it is a failure if it doesnt meet emissions which it wont with it missing, you will see fuck all difference on your car with a decat, if i was you save your money and just put on a back bx or cat back system or just remove the centre silencer with a back box

ive got a back box on now which with my huge 1.0 12v made a difference in the sound but as you can imagine, not a massive one, so all i really want is to make it louder and possibly for it to pass an m.o.t
