Anyone ever done one?

Im pretty good at most things in life that I do day to day, but cooking proper meals and food is something I am useless at, and I think its something good to be able to do.

anyone ever been on any courses (as daft as it sounds)? Have a few evenings spare and interested in learning properly

Thanks

Get books, learn off parents or friends who are half decent.

I learnt this the hard way as I attended a college course for cooking in the evenings, oh my days what a waste of time. Obviously it may differ from college to college but still

I invite friends/family over x amoutn of times a week and actively take part in cooking, theres nothing like learning how to make a new meal and enjoy it after your hard graft
