Theres a plug just behind where you put the passenger side cv joint in, take that out and fill it with oil until the oil is up to the bottom of the hole and starts coming out again

Yep iv filled it up but not that far didn't want to overfill it. so you carn't over fill?

ware do i put gearbox oil in my 1.4 sport, lol im cluless to this and im having problems getting into 5th gear and coming dwn into second, just feel a wee bit sticky so miby the oil????

It's a plug on top of the gearbox it has a plastic cover over a 17mm (as far as i can remember) take the plug out and fill

how do you know what oil to put in there...in a haynes manual or what? my gears feel savage when im droppin down into 3rd and 2nd.

You should fill through the breather on top of the gearlinkage turret (17mm nut with a plastic cap) so it fills the gearbox then flows over into the diff and out through the 13mm bolt on the side of the diff casing.
You want an EP80/90 gear oil.

To put it in or to let it drain out for the which should be done on level ground.

You fill them all up in the same way as i described above.
The 17mm filler in the turret is this one
the 13mm level plug which the oil should flow out of is here
and if you really want to drain the gearbox oil then the only way is like this.
