to work on the car, despite it being dark Got some red LEDs to go in the MFD and Speedo. Fitted the heater control red LEDs.
Rushed downstairs, rigged portalite up, whipped MFD out fitted red LEDs, reset time,date and year. Re-assembled it all. admired.
Done, start to finish in 15 mins flat 
My dad was like "WTF, are you real?"

Yes, today I came home all motivated to work on my car. I walked into my garage & couldn't see the car for all the crap thats been put on top/around it
I came straight back inside, switched on the laptop & put the kettle on
What a productive night

swapped four wheels over at about 2.30am once after giving the old tyres a nice sending off lol washed the car a few times at night aswell.

Changed wheels when it was dark, changed the spark plugs on my xr3i when I was 14 at 9pm :
Two weeks later it got scrapped

I re-fitted my Depos in the dark, after one got broke, I bought one off Kurt, drove home and fitted em at about 10 o'clock, the only light was the light on my phone. I'd really hated having the standard lights back on

me too first time round, tis a bitch. Getting the dash out is a mare. Thats why I won't paint my center dash panel, get chipped to fook trying to get the heater vents out

They were the kind of conditions I did an engine change on a BMW 316 in, and also a clutch on a BMW 318iS. I think the engine was about December time, may have had a bit of snow too clutch was about Feb
