We have an Astra mk4 GSi which we are currently returning to standard, the following parts are available for part exchange with standard parts.

17" snowflake alloys, powdercoated black, £150 plus standard GSi wheels.

FK Silverline coilover suspension, £325 plus standard GSi suspension

Custom mandrel bent, TIG welded stainless steel exhaust system with sports cat and stainless downpipe £450 plus standard system.

Double capacity intercooler, uses standard pipework, £150 plus standard intercooler.

All of the above have done around 1000 miles on the car.

Astra VXR turbocharger with -31 actuator £500 + standard turbo

Astra VXR injectors and fuel rail £50 + standard bits

A deal would be available on the turbo and fuel rail together, they've both done around 500 miles.

Lightened and balanced standard flywheel £130 plus standard flywheel

Pipercross panel filter £20

FK oil pressure and boost guages £100

Please call on 01604 655529 or e-mail robin(at)jam-sport.co.uk for more info, or to discuss a deal.

Need to be GSI ones, or we'd have another set to sell, and some standard ones to find.

Pics of the I/C for anyone who requested them

It 100% definitely uses the standard pipework.

Willing to split the exhaust system?

I may be interested in the back box, nobody makes an off the shelf 4" rolled

I ended up with a 6x4 but not keen on it
