at least one engine can be saved

surely it was unsafe anyway? the way that engine was vibrating, could've came apart from the mounts or anything.

and whatever happened to staying calm and walking out in an orderly fashion

They need to learn how to use a dyno more proper That engine took some abusing to make the engine move like that
