My brother has sent a portfolio off to uni but hasnt put enough postage on it, what will happen?

They will be asked to pay for it to collect it, which the won't.

i got sent a letter and the postage was £1 short - we had to pay it then claim it back of the company

get in touch with the local post collection office to the uni and explain u should be able to pay them the extra for it posting
