Dad has the above "ATRAC3" player. Normally, any file he uploads from a CD can be copied straight across onto it; SOnicstage either converts the file immediately when you transfer to the device or allows you to convert the file type within the programme.
Tonight he downloaded from Tesco online; he tried to transfer the files to his player and it wont let him, everytime it says the file type is unsupported. Its in .wmv format; the player and sonicstage say the support .wmv files and allow conversion form .wmv to .atrac3 but with these two albums wont do anyting. They play fine on the computer but if I copy them to CD they wont play on any other device, nor can I copy them anywhere else
any ideas?
