well as the title says i went to see a gsi with a xe in it..

all went well and i will be picking up the keys to it next saturday..

only thing is there are a few lil problems with it..

1 : NSF wing is rotting (could be totaly fooked) so needs a new one
2 : all the body kit is comming off (expecting this with a M reg car so needs bonding back on)
3 : front cross member where the vin badge goes has a fair bit of surface rust so will need stripping back and re spraying,
4 : needs a new ns door mirror.
5 : front bumper needs to be put back on propperly as the guy selling the car said when he put the new f20 in he didnt secure that side of the bumper properly just a clip needs putting in... we will see
6 : needs a new rear bumper as the one on there aint the right one for the car... need to sause one.
7 : needs the tailgait looking at.. round the rear wiper is rotting... am going to strip it back see what needs doing (most prolly fill it with JB autoweld or some form of liquid metal, fill, prime, spray shouldnt be to bad)
8 : interior is a lil tatty but expected from a 100,000 mile car, so need to sause a set of cally leathers for it..
9 : just sort out small genrelised rust patches....
10 : need to place the ecu in the footwell and not under the stearing coloum where it is now... nice easy job.

cars Caribic Blue so anyone got a ns wing mirror (manual type) or a nsf wing.. and a osf jacking cover i will be very interested!! also if anyones got a tailgait i will be interested too

Rich

(oh engines sweet as a nut, no smoke at all, and the typical rattle is there so lifers will be needed..)

Sounds fucked lol

Yes, that the front panel or slam panel. Sold a couple here, they do rot. Even worse on the nova.
