I really hate live leak, it's just full of video's with captions that take the video out of context.
Like the one the other day saying slow mo of a guy breaking every bone in his hand, when he broke nothing.
And there it looks like it's probably recording on a film set or something... The police obviously see people run out and into that car... it's a set up and most likely for a film.

infact! if you watch that vid, at the start, the cop cars are just sitting there in the back ground...
and infact you can hear the director shouting 'ok, action, ... move car action, cops come out, action'
hence film set.

for that to be worrying, they needed to nick it from the front of the house, where the cops could actually see them.
It's unsurprising the police didn't do anything in that vid ash, they can't see through walls.
