Iv been trying to quit smoking for the past week and a bit. Hardest thing iv ever tried! Getting there though. Still get cravings, and noticed its a bit harder to sleep at night. Also coughing up a lot of stuff in the mornings . That normal?
How long did it take you to stop getting cravings?
