Cambridge shakes - you have to buy direct from a Cambridge counsellor. There are loads on ebay but they are a lot more expensive. Seem some go for £95 that would cost me £34

I know people who where on it, its designed to change your eating habbits as you slow build up on health food.
It was used in the first place for fat fuckers who needed to lose weight for surgery.

Probably the vaguest piece of advice I've ever heard.
There's a whole variety of factors that lead you to either being "well built", slim or overweight. Although diet is vital, lack of physical exercise can halt peoples fat burning capabilities. For example, if you lead an active lifestyle (which BigSte doesn't due to the line of work he is in and his kid) can help to dramatically improve your metabolism.
Also, you're either genetically gifted or stick to a relatively clean diet because if you eat twice as much as normal people you'd be pretty overweight. I'm guessing you're pretty lucky and have a good metabolism like me.
It's not as simple as "If you eat properly, you'll look good". It's the amount of food and calorific use that's important.
