To tell whether its the new or old... "dizzy"?

Is it something to do with the teeth on the cambelt?

an old one will have dizzy style cap on the exhaust cam the later ones have coil pack on the inlet cam side, plus i think u can tell from the tps sensor, the newer tps sensors arent adjustable
