hey! iv been advised to get a new lamba sensor as my car failed its emissions test on its mot. Its a corsa gsi and it has a 3 pin plug on it with 3 wires 1 purple n 2 black, went and bought 1 but it was only a single pin n single wire. but there was a 3 pin plug with a single wire is that the same as wat mine is?????????? any advice on where to get the proper 1?

does it not need the 3 wires then as mine has the 3 wires??

has the plug right for your car? ie is a 3 pin plug but only one wire?

fine as the other 2 wires are o2 sensor heaters, which arnt realy needed

same with new vauxhall items, dont only have one wire, as thats all i have and mine was a new vx item

i had a new cat fitted and the lot but it failed on the emisions test does it sound like i need a new lamba sensor

my car failed on wednesday on emissions, turned out it was lamba sensor, got it £40 fitted
