I have designed and had fabricated an acutator bracket for use with most 4wd -31 cosworth actuator. Its made out of high grade 316 brushed s/s, laser cut, bent then the heat shield added. Its designed to fit the std KKK turbo and positioned so no rod extension is needed.
Im not sure if these are out there on the market and if they are anywhere near this quality - as the tophat guys will vouch for from my fabriactors work 
The feedback i have had on these so far, from users who have purchased and fitted it, is that the boost kicks in 500rpm earlier, holds thoughout the rev range to the limiter and a strong, smooth power delivery. These will hold upto and over 30psi so ideal from std bhp to 350+ bhp

Actuators and brackets in stock but limited. The actuators are fully rebuildable incase of failure or wearing out :beer:
