Im gettin a bit worried about my fan!!?? Its not cutting in wen its supposed to! All fuses are fine, power on the plug (Read by multimeter) Any help!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaah

What temp are you letting it run up to?
It may be the fan switch.

I ran it way into 3 quarters of the guage, well above half the usual cut in

try a 12v to the fan to see if the fan works if so it will be the fan switch

Also my boot lock barrel jus keeps spinnin it do my nut, cuz i gotta keep leanin through back to undo it!! any help??

as you open the bonnet look down in between the exhaust ans the rad, and look to the left of the rad it shoul be sticking out at the bottom corner with a two pin plug going to it

Three quarters of the gauge is fine, it shouldnt cut in until over 100 anyway. Its the corsa gauge that makes it look worse than it is because there is only 10 degrees between the bottom and top marks
