Been using promax extreme for about 3/4 months now, seen some good gains in weight and strength and a much more noticeable difference in the mirror, does hit the pocket a bit harder but never mind, gnc gold card gets it for the same price as normal promax plus it's got creatine and everything else you might need in it, defo recomend it!

read a while back you should change your protein every 3 months as your body becomes used to the same stuff and it doesnt do as it should.

Some just don't have a nice taste tho!
Only 2 I have found to taste good are reflex and optimum nutrition.

Are you being serious?
That's like saying you should change the type of chicken breast you eat as your body will become used to it. Whey is whey, it's all sourced from the same place. The only difference is added flavouring or other supps like HMB, glutamine and BCAA's.
