Should there be subtitles when ever he speaks? Hes being living in this country over 25 years now and still has an almost non understandable Scotish accent

The amount of times hes said something to Geoff Shreeves or in a press conference and I have no idea what hes just said

I phoned a Scotish car dealership for Kolon once, he couldn't understand my Yorkshire accent

Alan Hansen is the same, he sounds pished whenever he speaks. And he must be hard up doing the Morrisons adverts!!
