It was suggested to me that if i do get a quick shift i should get either MTECH or LFMVAUXHALL, anyone know where i can get either of these and what kinda price am i looking at?

I have a 2.1ltr 16v conversion redtop sport, engine was from a calibra 1993 and so was the gearbox.
Mechanic friend said it could be the bearings it might even just need some more oil put in.
