People who have done this, can you get away with keeping the bolts in rear arches as im buying brand new ones and want them to screw on and not bond on like they are atm as they are not sitting 100% flat so it bugs me.

no i dont think you can.
just use all the bolts but no the two top ones and just put some tiger seal at the top so it doesnt come away

Cheers mark, tht what youve done on urs?
I think i might hack saw the top bolts in half lol so hopefully it should clear the tyre wall but still alow the arch to be screwed on. Ill have to see when i get them.

yeah thats what ive done on mine.
but mine was that low before i stripped that back i ripped the arches off so need new ones now, lol.
yeah you could do that but doubt it would work, but worth a try

what i did with mine was put tigerseal on the back of the arches then bolt them on all the way around, leave the wheels off or the car jacked up until the tigerseal's set then grind the nuts and bolts off from the inside.
if you ever need to get them off then they can be put back on the same way.
