They are pretty wide, if your lowering it at all they will catch on the arch without work on them.

ET is offset fella, it is an abreviation of it's German meaning!

I think you mean centre bore for the last part!

Not a chance, not without major archwork anyway - 8" wide with an offset of 38 will be difficult on standard ride height, let alone -60mm!

They would physically bolt on but you would never get away with driving on them, to give you an idea, here are my 7" wide compomotives with a correct 49mm offset and a 60mm drop.

Look at the lack of space, thats with the retention bolts cut off the arches and them sikaflex'd on.

What you would be proposing is having the face of that wheel around 1" further out!

I thought it was only the VR6 Corrado's that had a different track to the rest of the range?

The G60 Golfs were a Mk2, the G60 Corrado essentially had the same under-pinnings as a Golf Mk3! The Golf Mk3 had a different track to the Mk2 and within that I also believe the VR6 Corrado had a wider track than other Corrado's?

Spot on!

However, he is from 106 owners club so maybe he could ask his webmaster to start another begging thread for contributions and then Fuzzy_Orange could give the money to him so he can have his arches pulled out?
