i was working on my c20xe corsa yesterday and i had the rocker cover off the engine at the time. it then started to rain loads as i was just inside the house quick getting some degreaser.
some water has got onto where the cams are.
whats best way to get rid of it? will it damage much?

will be fine, depending how much got in, change the oil.

y did you edit out the run your eninge up to temp bit mate?

didnt mean to put it in, was goimg to ask if you had run the engine yet but typed it wrong.

not yet mate the rocker cover still off at moment but is all covered. will it damage it if i run it mate?

Will be fine to run it so long as you don't have loads in there. It will just steam off through the breathers. It's what they're there for because you always get a bit of condensation in the engine every now and again...
