I did it without removing the rear beam
undo two bolts where the rear beam fixes to the car and let it hang on the dampers.
hacksaw and blow torch the ones out
then fit the new ones.
if they are tight got a long 10mm bolt with some washes and screw the bolt up until the bushes are firmly in the beam

Mine were just hit out with a punch. Easiest of all of them to replace
