Author Poping noise from left hand speaker

I keep getting a poping noise and have no idea why it is,
iv taken of the plastic holder, to get to the speakers and pluged wires back in, yet for some reason still get it, every now and then it will work,
but then its all crackely. and then once in a blue moon it will work fine
any idea's?

think might have to get some pioneer ones
