Looks like a good deal to me.

Paid more to build a dual core to a similar spec not long ago.

Dell i'm assuming with the collect and return base warranty.

Yeah, Dell. It actually came to £499 after i'd messed with things, but then at the checkout it went to £439 because of some offer they have on

Think that is what I just ordered the parents a few weeks ago, but with a 20" screen - came to mid 500 I think.
