I'm 90mm down, on standard GSi rims, with no rubbing. It MIGHT do with ET45

You could just remove arch bolts and tigerseal arch back on - or i would advise you to do:
1- remove arch bolts+ arch
2- mark line just below the arch bolt holes (follow line of arch)
3- use grinder/hacksaw/junior hacksaw/jigsaw (with hacksaw blade) or air hacksaw and follow the line you made
4- sand down any rough edges
5- Using rubber mallet or lump hammer and block of wood, twat the inside edge of the arch all the way round to slightly flare it.
6- Maybe advisible to paint the bare edge of the arch to stop rust
7- mark line on the plastic arch cover
8- cut along line witth hacksaw
9- de-burr the plastic
10- put it all back together but remove the top two arch bolts and bond with tiger seal (available at all good hardware stores )
Jobs done!
