Where can I get one from online?
How hard is it to remove it ( inc the pump thingy)? I want to remove it as it looks horrid and will free up a bit of room in the bay

Thats the secondry air injection system not the EGR, yeah you can take it off, unplug the pump, leave the little solenoid plugged in then you need the hole welding up on the manifold unless you tap it and put a bolt in (best to get it welded)

Mines about 8 inches and is also a pretty funny looking thing but lets try to stay on topic

The thing you see when you open the bonnet (the round silver valve on the manifold) is the secondary air injection valve, not a lot to gain by removing it really, its just there to warm the cat up for a minute when you first start the car and after that it doesnt do anything
