Thats sound proofing, dont need it but if its soggy theres a leak that needs sorting somewhere. First place to start is the door seals, if not the plugs on the bottom of the car.
Relays behind the glovebox? I don't remember that?!?!

the plugs on the bottom of the car had slits in where the previous owner (retard) cut holes in for shitty neons i have replaced them all anyway now so when i come to drive it it should be ok

god only knows what those relays are for where is the ecu on a 1.0 12v because its not behind the drivers side kick panel where i thought it would be
