Right, Need abit of help. Always been a skinny guy and am starting to get abit of a belly and it really doesn't suit me .

I'm completely cutting alcahol out of my life excluding my birthday/christmas/new years etc as its not good for me, completely pointless, expensive and makes me depressed.

I do roughly 7-9 hours non stop walking 5 days a week so my general fitness isn't all that bad. I basically want to know an easy (Non gym) way of getting rid of a beer belly.

Will running be any good to get back into shape? Dont want to be muscley or anything, Just want rid of the belly.

tryed sports day?

If your walking that much, simple create a calorie deficit in your diet, and it should drop off you? running will speed this process up of course

any type of cadio work will do the trick

few situps wouldnt go amiss either matey
