right im starting to get a beer belly and want to lose it. can anyone reccomend any plans they use to get rid. and for weights etc. i cant really afford to go to the gym at moment but have weights etc at home anyways

For general fitness just set up a 3 day a week weights routine coupled with cardio 3/4 times a week.

Diet is the most important aspect of losing fat though.

This is what im doing at the mo

Wed - 2 hour football training
Thurs - 45 mins 5 a side game
Sun - sunday league

But in between jogging when I can and trying to be more active than I used to. Walking the dog/gardening etc. All helps imo
